Zac Efron and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens contributed to the $1 billion earnings of Avatar last night in L.A. The couple caught a showing of the new James Cameron epic and signed autographs as they left the theater. Vanessa held on tight at Zac’s side, who seemed to be a little camera shy and kept his shades on.

Zac Efron, always a gentleman, picked up girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens last night at her North Hollywood home for a night out on the town in honor of Vanessa’s 21st birthday. The couple went to EAST Restaurant and Bar to meet friends for a small soiree. Fellow HSM star Ashley Tisdale arrived at the restaurant with boyfriend Scott Speer. Disney star Selena Gomez also joined the group to celebrate!

As celebrity lovebirds Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron continue to remain strong despite the starlet’s racy photo scandal a few moths back, the duo stepped out in the LA rain on Saturday for a fitness session. Efron and Hudgens, who celebrates her 21 birthday on Dec. 14, were spotted leaving a North Hollywood gym together after a couples workout bundled up to protect from the downpour. Zac, 22, recently played a dramatic part in Me and Orsen Wells, a completely different and more mature role than his 2006 teen saga High School Musical, which Vanessa co-starred in, as well.
