Taylor Momsen is apparently too busy to wear clothes that are either age- or weather-appropriate as she arrives on the set of Gossip Girl in Queens wearing nothing more than a super-short skirt and fishnet stockings. The actress was also carrying a copy of The Breakfast Club on DVD.
