Britney Spears' racy VMA days are behind her. The pop princess — who famously kissed Madonna and Christina Aguilera at the 2003 VMAs — left Lady Gaga high and dry when she went up to accept her Michael Jackson Vanguard Award, refusing to lip lock with the singer, who was in character as her alter ego Jo Calderone.
When Brit went up to accept her award from Gaga, it looked as if she was contemplating another smooch, but the she declared, "I've already done that," to the dismay of Gaga/Jo.

Brit laughed and cried during the tribute as a group of little girls — dressed in Brit's iconic costumes from her music videos — danced to a mix of her most famous hits.
The 29-year-old superstar thanked her sons Jayden and Preston and her boyfriend Jason Trawick in her acceptance speech!
