American Idol winner Scotty McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina are busy making the media rounds in NYC, but they gave fans a special treat today by performing together on Today. The country duo were questioned once again about their relationship status and both Scotty and Lauren are still saying they're just friends!

"Is there a little something something here?" Meredith Vieira asked on Today.

"No," Lauren said.

"Friendship," Scotty answered and Lauren agreed saying, "Friendship."

After giving a shout-out to their mothers, Scotty and Lauren performed Randy Travis' 1988 hit song "I Told You So."
